Manor Cottage & Tranquility Base are ideal for larger groups; when combined the two properties sleep up to 16 people, with plenty space  to spread out, and lots of off-street parking. i.e.: Two Ocean Marathon, Family Celebrations and get-togethers, the Argus Cycle Tour, Corporate get-togethers, and Family reunions, etc.

Wedding groups frequently stay with us; there are sufficient areas to get together as a group, but they can also retreat to the separate homes for a little ‘space’!

Hout Bay offers various venues (the Manor Hotel, Suikerbossie Restaurant, etc) who specialize in wedding receptions, etc
